COVID-19 Response

Dear current and future customers,

After analyzing the threat that COVID–19 (Coronavirus) presents to our employees and our customers, we will be taking extra precautions for everyone's safety. Effective Monday, June 15th, we will be limiting the number of customers in our offices. This does not mean that we are closed or unavailable.

Although we are deemed an "Essential Business," we are taking this temporary measure to limit human interaction per the guidance provided by health and government officials. Below, we list the changes that will impact you. If needed, please call your local store for clarification.

  • We are transitioning to "Touchless Payments," which means we will no longer accept cash. Autopay will continue for those customers who are enrolled in this service. You may pay online at our website, ablestorage.com. You may also mail checks or money orders, or deposit them into the drop box located in front of your store's office.
  • Effective March 26th, we have limited storage access times to coincide with our office hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM every day for your safety and security.
  • Any interactions that do not require a signature or a form of ID can be handled over the phone during business hours. You may also send an email or text to your store's manager.
  • Our office will be staffed, however the Store Occupancy has been limited and is clearly posted on our office entry doors.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Able Storage office.

At Able Storage, we value your business and thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this temporary adjustment.
