Able Storage’s customer service is top notch. Xaverin and Melissa were able to assist me when I had a problem and was very prompt in helping me resolve it. In addition they followed up to make sure I got what I needed. Upper management also was very helpful in assisting me in a timely matter.

From start to finish, Able storage was extremely helpful and professional. We never had to question anything as it was all very clear and straightforward. We unfortunately, also had to use another storage place (PS) and the difference was like night and day. The other place was the worst! But thank goodness, Able Storage was the best decision we made. The units are clean and they even have carts you can borrow to move all your belongings. We would highly recommend Able Storage and would happily do business with them in the future.

The lady that helped us get a unit really helped us out. She was very helpful with trying to figure out what size our unit should be and with the examples we gave her she let us know which unit was great for us. Overall great customer service
